Responsibilities:

  • Working as part of a small team to be the interconnect between business and tech divisions
  • External partner management to provide unique integration solutions
  • Maintain uptime of some backend servers for internal use
  • Programming small scripts and code snippet for use internally
  • Working closely with Product Management and Marketing to enhance the user experience of internal technical products
  • Setting up new offers into our in-house tracking platform – gathering offer assets, creatives and information from clients and uploading the necessary details into our platform and working with clients to ensure proper tracking
  • Increasing revenue and customers by prospecting new accounts, maintaining, and enhancing relationships with current accounts, and motivating inactive accounts to begin marketing campaigns
  • Reacting quickly and working with the appropriate persons when an issue occurs with an account or specific campaign
  • Offering excellent account support through phone communication, emails and instant messaging usage
  • Developing marketing messages, static pages, and working to prepare ad creatives
  • Optimizing of campaigns, making changes to landing pages, suggesting how an offer can create the most revenue and working with the client and our internal team to implement changes
  • Using all Microsoft office programs to generate account reports, revenue reports, and documents
  • Compiling statistics and recommending campaigns to run for each specific account

Technical Qualifications:

Required Skills:

  • 1+ years of experience working in a technology company
  • Experience in at least one programming language
  • Solid-prove experience in web programming: PHP and JavaScript
  • Familiarity of HTTP
  • Familiarity of Web Browsers
  • Familiarity of Mobile OS (Android, iOS)
  • College degree / Postsecondary Education

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience of programming in Python will be a plus
  • Experience with scripting in a shell
  • Experience with databases
  • Experience with RESTful APIs
  • Strong Linux knowledge
  • College degree in computer science (Minimum postsecondary education)
  • Strong attention to detail while being able to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet daily deadlines
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a group setting in a high volume, fast-paced, and demanding environment
  • Data-driven, with strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Advanced level in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt and stay up to date with current marketing trends
  • 1-2 years of account management experience
