In the fast-paced world of online media, the Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying opportunities, negotiating and closing new partnerships in various fields.
The perfect candidate will have proven, experience working with direct demand partners on ROAS-driven display, performance and mobile activities, and an extensive book of business.
Identify potential partners, markets and trends
Initiate contact and negotiate terms with prospective advertisers by understanding advertiser needs, company needs, and tailoring the appropriate solution
Thoroughly examine written contracts and negotiate terms
Coordinate all pre-launch executions, including the set-up of accounts/campaigns, integrations, preparation of research studies, etc.
Be a bridge between Advertisers and media’s teams. Work closely with CreativeClicks internal teams (Media departments, Marketing, etc.) to ensure advertisers expectations are communicated internally and KPI’s are achieved

In-depth knowledge of the online marketing industry
At least 2 years’ experience in recruiting new direct advertisers
An extensive book of business
Great familiarity with the industry’s verticals (Display/Performance/Mobile)
Familiarity with the integration process and tracking platforms such as Appsflyer, Tune, Chochava, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Ability to manage large amounts of various advertisers in parallel and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proven problem solver with a make it happen attitude
Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork, ownership, initiative and goal-oriented.
