Within Improof we are dedicated to serving Home Improvement clients as a growth partner for all their (online) marketing activities. We have created a solid framework to serve our existing clients and now we know it is time to scale into new verticals.
As an online sales manager, you will be responsible for growing business with the targeted companies that we defined. Sales activities will be primarily conducted via digital platforms, including the company website, phone, email, and video chat. Since you will be our first sales manager supporting the founding team, you will drive direct impact and can help us to scale. You bring expertise, drive & energy and vast experience in sales.
Primary Responsibilities of the Function:
Achieve sales goals for Improof, by developing and maintaining relationships with new potential customers and leading execution of the annual sales plan.
Lead digital inside sales resources to create and drive demand and sales by organizing cold calling campaigns to develop new opportunities, following up on open leads, opportunities, and quotes.
Ensure customer quotes are fulfilled and the digital inside sales team is appropriately following up to close opportunities without face-to-face presence.
Manage Opportunity Funnel by identifying and reporting new opportunities, by converting Marketing Qualified Leads and Channel Partner Leads.
Setup and implement processes to track sales progress through accurate forecast and sales funnel management of opportunities using software.
Identify and support targeted marketing actions, campaigns, and external events.
Conduct predictive analysis to avoid losing strategic prospects.
Assist with analyzing competitors, market positioning and benchmarking of products.
Collect ideas for new product developments from Voice of Customers.
A goal getting attitude and mindset. A pre when you can demonstrate skills for overachieving against target and continuously improving what is the internal or external standard of excellence.
Entrepreneurial ambitions and are willing to work both operationally and think strategically in the beginning, since you are aware that this is needed in a new innovative venture
4- 5 years in an outside or inside sales role in home improvement market along with extensive experience selling to multiple types of customers
Ability to think creatively and come with pragmatic solutions for our clients. You identify needs, even if our customer is not aware of this problem or bottleneck.
