Job Description:

  • Owning and optimizing the full recruitment process
  • Executing a best-in-class applicant experience
  • Coordinate with our Marketing team for the EVP and Employer Branding setup and execution
  • End-to-end recruitment cycle: be a point of contact for all aspects related to recruitment, including reviewing applications, actively searching for suitable candidates, conducting and scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, and advising on recruitment related topics to hiring managers
  • Support hiring managers in identifying relevant competencies and interview evaluation criteria to ensure interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally
  • Build on the current internship program and improve our campus recruitment plans to bring in great new talent
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to provide them with the information and support needed


  • HBO or Master degree in HR, Psychology or comparable;
  • 2-4 years of experience in full cycle recruitment, preferably within a start-up or scale-up;
  • Structure is your middle name
  • Project Management skills: you have successfully led and delivered People projects autonomously, on a tactical and operational level;
  • You like to work hands-on and are a star in execution;
  • you enjoy taking on challenges, you are eager to learn, proactive, independent and you adapt easily in a dynamic environment
