We are looking for a Recruiter with a broad scope of work ranging from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. You have experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates. Ensuring we attract and hire the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline. Your responsibilities will consist of:
Full cycle recruitment; Own the entire recruiting cycle from sourcing to offer and stakeholder management across the organisation
Candidate experience; Ensure that candidates are given the proper support and attention while building lasting relationships regardless of the outcome
Employer Branding; Actively participate in building an exciting Employer Brand proposition
Passive sourcing; Creatively attract talent with outreach across various platforms and channels
Be an active team player and work on projects to improve hiring processes across the organisation
Leverage data to better understand all recruitment efforts and adjust accordingly
2+ years of recruitment experience in a fast paced environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple pipelines and stakeholders across various departments
Team oriented and collaborative
Open communication style
Analytical with a desire to leverage data in your decision making.
