We are looking for a natural-born (or unnaturally skilled) tech-savvy E-Commerce Manager who will be responsible for our rapidly growing e-commerce platform.
A unique opportunity at a direct-to-consumer scale-up!The structure of the team is divided into Website optimization - front and back-end -, Operations, Category Management, and fulfilment. Next to the on-site responsibilities of your job, you are also focused on improving the customer experience by managing the fulfilment centre, customer care and extending the product portfolio.
At least 5 years of proven e-commerce experience in a similar role (e.g. e-commerce manager, product owner, product manager)
You have experience in leading teams
Strong know-how about the technical e-commerce landscape and best practices for front-end, back-end and fulfillment.
Good understanding of business dynamics: balancing commercial objectives with customer experience/brand strategy/costs/timelines.
Excellent English writing and communication skills.
Passion for data management, analytics, and user experience
Nice to have: you worked in an e-commerce company that reached their scale (+25m rev) while you worked there.
