Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's mission and goals
• Lead and Coach the product team to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure successful product development and launch
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform product development
• Manage product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization
• Develop and execute release plans, ensuring that products are delivered on time and within budget. 
• Analyze product performance, work with business team to come up with solution/innovation and make data-driven decisions to improve product offerings
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior leadership to keep them informed of product progress and outcomes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, MBA, or Marketing
• Proven experience as a product team lead or product manager, with a successful track record of launching digital products
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a cross-functional team
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• In-depth understanding of product development methodologies and the software development lifecycle
• Experience with market research, product analysis, and data-driven decision making
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
