Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and talented PPC Manager to manage and scale all our paid marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience as a Paid Acquisition/PPC manager, knowledge of web-marketing tools and awesome Excel & analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage all PPC campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Be the sole owner of campaign conversion and performance, while maximizing the acquisition team’s ROI.
  • Manage the paid acquisition team and guide the team to reach and exceed goals.
  • Optimizing campaigns to meet CPA/CPC and additional goals.
  • Ability to look for solutions autonomously and solve technical issues.
  • Regularly monitor and QA all live campaigns for proper ad-serving, click-through action, and conversion events.
  • Provide actionable insights and finding ways to optimize based on BI metrics, identifying potential issues, communicating recommendations to both the client and internal teams.

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing significant budgets ($200K and up) with Google AdWords
  • Exceptional analytical skills and results-oriented mindset
  • Highly proficient in Excel
  • Creative, out of the box thinker and problem solver
  • Curious PPC geek, comfortable learning and experimenting with new tools
  • Bachelor's' degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Mathematics – Plus
  • Fluent in English, preferably a native speaker
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work to meet specific deadlines required
  • Data-driven and analytical
  • Ability to build strong working relationships, manage projects and lead a cross-functional team through planning and execution processes
  • Good organizational skills with attention to details
