We are looking for a Payment Operations Coordinator, to join our Product Team and help us grow and serve our partner portfolio in multiple regions. You’ll do this by building continuous engagement with the external providers to ensure a smooth onboarding and contracting of their services.

To drive, manage and coordinate the operational infrastructure of our fast-growing company you are a hands-on, smart-thinking and fast-acting coordinator, overseeing and steering multiple onboarding projects. You play a vital part in aligning all external vendor related processes and documentation within our organization. 

You’ll be proactively connecting with different internal departments (legal, finance) to gather all necessary information needed to present a complete process of documentation for the external providers. Structure is key. You know that from experience and are an expert in applying this into this role.

Responsibilities

  • Work in close collaboration with multiple external providers and internal departments to coordinate new merchants onboarding.
  • Proposing improvements related to procedures, workflows etc.
  • Optimize and maintain the onboarding checklist, with a strong focus on standardization and scalability.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as product, marketing, customer service, operation, finance and legal for new merchant applications and any business requests coming from the external providers for existing portals.
  • Be the point of contact for external queries and complete requests about the merchant KYC, risk and compliance requirements, and any day to day questions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience in supplier management within e-commerce/digital goods and services.
  • Great planning skills, extremely organized.
  • You see the opportunity in situations where others would see a setback.
  • You are a ‘fixer’, think outside the box and not afraid to try new things that you never did before.
  • You feel comfortable working in a high paced environment and have the ability to maintain high levels of productivity with eye for detail.
  • You have a great sense of responsibility and take ownership of your work.
  • You are proactive, curious, socially competent and not afraid to speak up.
  • You have strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to adapt to new processes and procedures quickly while dealing with many varied requests and challenges.
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written.
