We are looking for a Partnership Development Manager that will prospect, research, qualify, engage, and close new clients to deliver on monthly goals and manage existing partnerships. As a Partnership Development Manager, you will stay informed about the market, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
Own, Manage and Grow strong relationships with current partnerships.
Develop new opportunities for strategic partnerships to support growth efforts.
Working with the marketing team for the company growth.
Respond to and follow up on leads, and partnership enquiries using the appropriate methods and professionalism.
Develop a strategic approach to partnership development.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree
2+ years of experience in sales and business development
Capable of independently leading external client or partner conversations
Proven ability to think creatively about challenging problems
Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay strong attention to details
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fun, and entrepreneurial environment
