Job Description:

We are looking for a Partnership Development Manager that will prospect, research, qualify, engage, and close new clients to deliver on monthly goals and manage existing partnerships. As a Partnership Development Manager, you will stay informed about the market, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.


  • Own, Manage and Grow strong relationships with current partnerships.
  • Develop new opportunities for strategic partnerships to support growth efforts.
  • Working with the marketing team for the company growth.
  • Respond to and follow up on leads, and partnership enquiries using the appropriate methods and professionalism.
  • Develop a strategic approach to partnership development.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and business development
  • Capable of independently leading external client or partner conversations
  • Proven ability to think creatively about challenging problems
  • Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay strong attention to details
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fun, and entrepreneurial environment
  • Big Plus: Experience in Comparison Market
