Description
As an Operations Intern at Creative Clicks, your role will involve supporting the Operations team. This includes monitoring for potential issues and taking proactive measures whenever possible. Moreover, you'll contribute to product development, making your mark on our portfolio.
Key Activities
- Monitor the systems daily and report the issues directly to the manager
- Analyze data to improve efficiency and generate innovative ideas for optimizing operational processes.
- Collaborate on projects dedicated to streamlining mobile operations, automating processes, and ensuring seamless implementation and operation.
- Actively contribute to mobile product creation and development, overseeing their creation and implementation.
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures.
- Support for ad hoc tasks and contribute to a wide range of operational projects
Tools you will use:
- Jira for it requirements
- Miscrosoft Office (power point, excel)
Job requirements
- Bachelor or Master student
- Fluency in English, spoken and written
- Available for at least 32 hours/ week for 6 months minimum
- Highly organized
- Strong eye for detail and design
- Have a problem solve attitude
- Take initiative to improve things
- Swift and fluent communicaton
