Overview
As a Motion Graphic Designer at Creative Clicks, you will play a crucial role in our fast-growing Ecommerce team, focusing on creating visually engaging and compelling video content for digital marketing campaigns on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and more. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to produce assets that enhance the online shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Create motion graphics and animations for various digital marketing campaigns, that align with our performance-based objectives.
  • Adapt graphics and animations for specific platform requirements, optimizing promotional content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other social media outlets.
  • Collaborate with the Ecommerce product- and traffic teams to conceptualize and execute creative strategies for various digital marketing campaigns.
  • Edit and enhance video content, adding motion graphics, text overlays, and special effects to create visually appealing and engaging videos, that effectively communicate the desired message to our target audiences.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions with the design and marketing teams.
  • Optimize and export video content for various digital platforms and devices.
  • Meet project deadlines and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in similar role.
  • General Knowledge of Online marketing/ Performance marketing.
  • Experience with Google, TikTok and Meta advertising suites.
  • Proven experience in motion graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and video editing software, such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and AI tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, animation techniques, and video production.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
