You will work in the centralized payments team and serve our e-commerce businesses. This role is focused on payment flow improvement and scaling up with several PSP and Acquiring banks.
You will be responsible for the roadmap and expansion in terms of payments for the E-commerce business and advice the business. Further more you are the contact person for all important external stakeholders (banks and PSPs) and manage all applications and relationships

We are seeking a self-motivated individual, who can bring experience and additional payment knowledge to our team.
Act as the payment operations and chargeback subject matter expert for E-commerce and company
Handle escalations from the Payment Operations & Chargeback teams
Work with product management and business development to identify opportunities for payment performance improvement
Perform an analysis on merchants orders and provide solutions to reduce rejections, improve success rate, improve approval rate, etc
Analyzing the competitive landscape and come up with new ideas to improve our own products
Write clear and concise requirements for payment flows and manage and follow up of these requirements with our IT team
Work with our third party payment processors to resolve any issues impacting our operations
3 - 5 years’ experience in ecommerce payments processing and knowledge of the payment card industry
You understand the industry and customer trends and apply those insights to deliver business results
Strong willingness and self-discipline to contribute to a team
Deep understanding of payment processing & transactional data sets generated
Ability to provide professional data consultancy services internally & externally
Proactive, strong communication (written) & presenting (verbal) skills
