The Lead Nurturing Manager is responsible for creating, develop, manage and implement a B2C and B2B lead nurturing infrastructure and process.
3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
2+ years of experience with email deployment to include marketing automation
3+ years experience required in B2C and B2B Digital Marketing programs
Salesforce Administrator, Developer, or Marketing Cloud Certification
Curiosity and passion for problem solving and leveraging data to develop insights.
Works well in a fast-paced environment, often under tight deadlines.
Highly self-motivated contributor who works well as an individual and within a team environment.
Proven knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform, focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
IT project management
Problem solve, multitask and prioritize while working independent to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
Have a high level of reporting sophistication to demonstrate campaign effectiveness campaigns in terms of prescribed KPI's
Ability to draw conclusions and give recommendations on appropriate strategy based on the data collected
Experience working with a variety of marketing disciplines, including customer relationship management (CRM) programs, email marketing, digital marketing, direct marketing.
Familiarity with platforms used in email deployment, marketing automation, CRM programs and personalization or mass customization is an asset.
Experience with Marketing Cloud or Pordot applications is an asset.
