Lead Nurturing Specialist (contract, fully remote)




Are you a skilled marketeer with a specialization in Lead Generation, then we have a very cool job for you! In the fast-paced world of online media, you will be responsible for serving our clients with your specialism in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will coordinate and support the lead nurture programs for our clients.

Job Description:

  • Manage the design, plan and launch of merchant-facing Lead and Nurture programs (pre-sale and post-sale) (build up the nurturing landscape for consumer and customer (HCPs) journeys)
  • Lead the development and evolution of Company onboarding program for new consumers and HCPs (Welcome Cadence)
  • Increase awareness to drive conversions with personalized, targeted, and relevant messages and offers at every stage of the sales cycle with brands (local and central)
  • Continuously identify new needs for global journeys and ensure existing are up to date
  • Ensure local journey will pay into global framework wherever possible
  • Generate and nurture leads with email, social and web marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure all campaign requirements are met (sales, operations, pricing, communications, etc.)
  • Implement tracking and continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to maximize return on investment
  • Participate in sales huddles, ensuring program comprehension across front line sales staff
  • Leverage CRM system and data to develop a deep understanding of complex multi-channel customer lifecycles across segments (industry, value, etc.)
  • Provide regular cadence of insights and recommendations across all channels
  • Develop requirements for real-time and post-mortem analysis
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Channel experts for generating and nurturing leads (email, social and web marketing campaigns)
  • Work with the Email Channel Manager that global journey strategy is correctly implemented in Marketing Cloud for all the GCs depending on all the email data point


  • Problem solve, multitask and prioritize while working independently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a high level of reporting sophistication to demonstrate campaign effectiveness campaigns in terms of prescribed KPI's
  • Ability to draw conclusions and give recommendations on an appropriate strategy based on the data collected
  • Experience working with a variety of marketing disciplines, including customer relationship management (CRM) programs, email marketing, digital marketing, direct marketing
  • Familiarity with platforms used in email deployment, marketing automation, CRM programs, and personalization or mass customization is an asset
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud or Pordot applications is an asset
