We are looking for a junior social media and content manager to help us develop and execute the Marcomteam’s plans and strategies. As a junior social media and content manageryou will stay informed about the market, industry trends, and the competitive landscape, while helping strategize and implement marketing, branding, and advertising plans. On a monthly basis, you will draft reports, create, or coordinate content, track results, build relationships with different stakeholders, and otherwise support all marketing strategies.
Support the Marcom team in evaluating and establishing the marketing and communication plan and strategy, setting objectives, and updating content calendars.
Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to stakeholders.
Plan, and organize content, overlook the content created and make sure it gets posted on social media.
Write copies for social media content.
Use social media marketing tools such as Loomly.
Take care of creating and sharing internal newsletters.
Take care of external newsletters aimed at different kinds of stakeholders (e.g., clients, partners, etc.).
Make recommendations on development/growth strategy for social channels.
Staying on top of the latest social media trends.
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor reviews.
Prepare social media reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
This is what you will bring to the job:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
Past work experience as a social media and content manager or similar role
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
Experience with using Loomly or any other social media marketing tools
Experience with research using data analytics software
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
