As a junior operations manager at Creative Clicks, you will be responsible for managing front-end related projects in the media buying team. The team consists of 4 people and you will report directly to the head of Media Buy.
Manage front-end related projects based on the priorities set by involved stakeholders and/or management.
Become an ambassador of the Front-End side of Flows from the perspective of Tracking, Landing Page, and User.
Serve as Liaison between FE product (LPs, SPs) commercial and development sides
Create, manage, and ensure the Landing Page features, rollouts, and optimizations for the media buy team.
Ensure Landing page design and technical quality upon release/delivery.
Responsible for communications with relevant stakeholders (media buyers, product managers, front-end developers).
Identify workflow gaps and opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and effectiveness.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Willingness to continuously improve understanding of 3rd party Software/technologies, their implementation, advantages, and disadvantages. (e.g Automatisation tools / LP builders / Hotjar, api-ip etc.)
Staying up to date with mobile/web development features and updates to identify potential optimizations
