You will be working within the Product Management team. You will also be working closely with the other in-house departments such as Production, Development, Design/Studio, Marketing, Payments, and Business Intelligence. This will give you the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of work experiences. We have an international team and we are working on multiple exciting projects around the world.
Support managing and improving Customer Service Experience for different projects
Daily monitoring of the Customer Service performance and conduct investigation internally as well as with external partners
Support managing and assessing the Customer Service team to continually improve processes and results
Support measuring and reporting the Customer Service outcomes
Identify Customer Service improvements and opportunities
Support department with operational tasks
Support projects within the team
Work closely together with different departments
Bachelor/Masters Degree in relevant direction (for example Business Studies, Communication, and Online Marketing)
1+ years of work experience in managing projects from A to Z
You have an affinity with numbers and trends.
You are proficient in English (both spoken and written)
