We are looking for a junior marketing coordinator to help us develop and execute the marcom team plans and strategies. As a junior marketing coordinator you will stay informed about the market, industry trends, and the competitive landscape, while helping strategize and implement marketing, branding, advertising plans and events. On a monthly basis, you will draft reports, create or coordinate content, track results, build relationships with different stakeholders, and otherwise support all marketing strategies.
Support the Marcom team in evaluating and establishing the marketing and communication plan and strategy, setting objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations, and updating content calendars.
Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to stakeholders.
Plan and organize content, overlook the content created and make sure it gets posted on social media.
Take care of the employee branding by creating and sharing newsletters, organizing internal events, promoting new positions etc.
Take care of external newsletters aimed at different kind of stakeholders (e.g. clients, partners, etc.).
Plan and manage events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing content and promotions accordingly.
Prepare social media reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
Experience with research using data analytics software
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
