We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to lead our digital transformation who can join our team located at our headquarters in Amsterdam. In this role as HR Operations Specialist, you will provide full-cycle HR administrative support which includes drafting employment agreements and all contract letters, applying for 30% rulings and employee visas, when necessary, payroll for the different countries and ensuring the processes go smoothly for all parties involved. Responsible for employee data input and accuracy in all our systems: HR system (Personio), sick leave management system, pension, insurance providers, etc across our Creative Clicks group.
Act as System Administrator for the payroll providers and be responsible for the payroll in Netherlands, UK, Canada, and Israel for our global remote workers;
Ensure compliance with local HR Laws in different countries;
Handle contracts with (inter)national employees including visas or passports;
Providing counseling and support on policies and procedures;
Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements in our HR system Personio;
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance;
Maintaining and distributing reports for HR and Management;
Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems;
Responsible for creating, managing, and executing various projects to standardize and strengthen HR practices across the global organization. The HR Officer will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of key HR processes.
This is what you will bring to the job:
Proven experience with payroll in the Netherlands is a must (3 – 5 years);
Excellent understanding of labor law in the Netherlands;
Related experience in expatriate management;
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage numerous projects with competing priorities;
