HR Coordinator

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join our small and ambitious HR team. We are rapidly developing and improving the role of HR within our highly entrepreneurial organization and you can be a part of this! The role will be very diverse, hands-on with lots of room for initiative and will focus on three areas: 

Payroll & Admin

  • Execute HR administration processes including on/offboarding, data changes, absence/sickness management and more
  • Accurately update our HRIS and provide reports while ensuring highest data quality
  • Support new employees with VISA and 30% ruling applications
  • Coordinate the payroll process for three countries

HR Processes

  • Coordinate the recruitment process from job posting to CV selection to scheduling interviews and candidate communication
  • Build on the current internship program and improve our campus recruitment plans to bring in great new talent
  • Oversee and arrange the onboarding for new hires and give each new employee an excellent onboarding experience
  • Be the first point of contact for our employees, build relationships and provide an outstanding service experience
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to provide them with the information and support needed
  • Organize events for employees to create an amazing working environment.

HR Development

  • Work on projects that have a meaningful impact on our employee experience
  • Support in the development and implementation of HR programs and improvements
  • Identify possibilities for improvement in HR processes and initiate solutions
  • Come up with initiatives to enhance the engagement of our people and their employee experience


  • HBO or Master degree in HR, Psychology or comparable;
  • 2 years of experience in the full HR cycle, preferably within a start-up or scale-up;
  • experience in executing the payroll/salary administration
  • knowledge on the Dutch employment law
  • you like to work hands-on and tactically;
  • you speak Dutch and English fluently;
  • you enjoy taking on challenges, you are eager to learn, proactive, independent and you adapt easily in a dynamic environment.
