Digital Campaign Specialist

No week will be the same, because you are working on many different projects for our clients. Our team is growing and we need someone that fits the growth ambition that we have.

You’ll be responsible for managing our clients in the healthcare industry. We have B2B and B2C campaigns that you will roll out in 10+ different countries. You will be responsible after the client is onboarded for their success. You understand the client goals and you are able to translate these into clear requirements for the team. When the campaign is ready you coordinate the set up, test, analyze and optimize campaigns. You will be coordinating between all the different stakeholders and you love to keep your eye on the ball.


  • Leading the planning, creation, implementation of digital campaigns
  • Launching paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms and marketing channels (PPC, Display and Social media) in order to growth
  • Analyzing the performance of campaigns and KPI identifying strategic opportunities,
  • Implement campaign strategy, researching market and control budget
  • Build strategic digital plans based on marketing objectives and creative concepts to find new opportunities into funnel stages.
  • Buy media, supervise tag implementation, and execute social media campaigns on Facebook Business platform, AdWords, and Google Analytics.
  • Follow up digital campaigns and optimize cost. A/B testing actions to find useful insights (new social formats, segmentation, different core target, etc.)


  • Experience in Facebook, Google, Programmatic, Native or lead generation is a must
  • Native level English speaker and excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
  • 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position
  • Experience in copywriting, understanding how to make persuasive flows in line with the client needs and with approval
  • You’re analytical and able to dive in flows that don’t convert. You always look beyond the obvious and try to make things measurable and visible
  • You don’t need to be the creative artist yourself, but writing instructions that are clear for the creative team are a must. You need to be the one that has the eye for details
