About the role:
As a Data Analyst in the Business Intelligence & Analytics team, you will be working with 7 other data specialists, supporting our different business development teams with all data-related topics. You will work closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, and Developers to find new data insights, analyze KPIs or create data structures, that could provide the business with new product optimization opportunities. You will also create and present reporting environments and dashboards to show the results of your analyses. At the same time, you need to be able to understand the bigger picture, be creative and always think a step further to actively help business partners take the best data-driven decisions. In return, we will give you the flexibility and trust to choose how to best solve and implement data solutions.
Design KPIs and measurable metrics according to the different stakeholders and product needs.
Build dashboards and reports around growth initiatives and business priorities.
Manage the relationship with key stakeholders in order to gather and guide reporting and analytical requirements.
Understand and find the best solutions for stakeholders' questions related to different business projects and divisions based on data insights (user behavior, payment performance, fraud detection, customer churn and lifetime value, etc.).
Proactively translate the results from your analysis to actionable points that help stakeholders take the correct approach to improve their business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams with different expertise, including Operations, Product, Payments, Marketing and Finance.
Be responsible for the long-term data quality of the solutions implemented.
Maintain, build and improve SQL queries to prepare relevant and optimized datasets.
Support the team with day-to-day tasks and effective monitoring processes.
Who you are:
Bachelor or master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or any related field of study.
3+ years of relevant work experience. Experience in an Digital Payment flows or performance marketing environment is a plus.
Business stakeholder minded.
A curious person that gets motivated by solving data challenges, understanding customer behavior, and exploring the complexity of digital payment data.
Excellent communication skills and able to present complicated concepts to stakeholders in a synthetic way.
You can propose and build fresh solutions, but also test and guarantee the quality of your analyses and implementations.
Required experience with:
Business Intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Technical experience working with relational databases and SQL.
Microsoft Azure cloud services.
Working on Agile WoW.
Project management (a plus).
Using DAX and Power Query (a plus).
Using Python (a plus)
Implementing machine learning algorithms (a plus).
