Customer Success Specialist



Job Description:

We are looking for a highly energetic Customer Success Specialist to join our team. You will gain experience building trustful relationships with our customers on all levels, in MedTech industries, and across a broad geographical area. Job Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new customers 
  • Go live with new clients
  • Go live with new campaigns
  • Client retention management
  • Continuous communication with client about campaign status
  • Requesting and reviewing feedback reports from the client
  • Quarterly business retention review
  • Daily financial health reviews

Job Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s graduate or higher.
  • Hungry!
  • Not afraid of KPI’s and setting goals that need to be achieved. 
  • A person that enjoys learning and improving your skills constantly. Not only on the job but also in training and development courses.
  • Long term oriented. The goal is to build long-lasting partnerships with our clients by putting the client first.
  • A person that wants to go the extra mile if needed for your clients. You have a passion for improving the delivery of services with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Someone who demonstrates the ability to negotiate by collaborating with others to arrive at a conclusion using compromise, persuasion, influence, rationale, and diplomacy both internally and externally in a selling environment.
  • Able to develop and leverage partnerships that drive the strategic plan.
  • Fluent in English writing and communication skills.
