Customer Care and Fulfilment Support Specialist




Are you a Bachelor/Master student who's organized, detail-oriented with good follow-up skills? Do you have strong communication skills and a good team spirit? Are you focused on details and have great analytical skills? If so, we've got a great internship opportunity for you!

You will be working within the E- Commerce team. You will also be working closely with the other in-house departments such as Production, Development, Design/Studio, Marketing, Payments, and Business Intelligence. This will give you the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of work experiences. We have an international team and we are working on multiple exciting projects around the world.

Job Description:

  • Support managing and improving Customer Service Experience for different projects
  • Daily monitoring of the Customer Service performance and conduct investigation internally as well as with external partners
  • Support managing and assessing the Customer Service team to continually improve processes and results
  • Support measuring and reporting the Customer Service outcomes
  • Identify Customer Service improvements and opportunities
  • Support department with operational tasks
  • Support projects within the team
  • Work closely together with different departments


  • Enrolled in a Bachelor/Masters studies program in a relevant direction (for example Business Studies, Communication, and Online Marketing)
  • You have an affinity with numbers and trends.
  • You are proficient in English (both spoken and written)
