Business Development Director



Creative Clicks is rapidly growing. As our Business Development Director, you build and manage the ever-growing demand for our leadgen services In this way, you play an important role in the further growth of our company and close partnerships with top advertisers. You on board new clients by prospecting, qualifying and generating new business and be the first point of contact for these new clients. You will primarily build and develop our Insurance/Financial/Home improvement vertical


  • Develop an active pipeline of relevant opportunities amongst the most successful consumer-facing mobile app publishers in the market.
  • Manage clients’ accounts, maintain and up-sell accounts to reach business objectives and targets
  • Schedule and attend in-person meetings to present Creative-Clicks suite of products and services to high-level decision-makers.
  • Constantly look for ways to grow revenue amongst the current client- base and work with the relevant Creative Clicks team to make it happen.
  • Gather knowledge from the market and regularly report findings to the wider team.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from inception to deal close; including prospecting, pitching, negotiating and contract to sign.
  • Manage and further expand the team of sales and client success manager


  • B.A./B.Sc High Education Degree
  • At least 4+ years of previous experience in Sales for the Digital Marketing industry
  • Excellent understanding of the mobile app ecosystem in China
  • Good understanding of User Acquisition, Ad networks.
  • A strong network of mobile app developers/publishers
  • Strong sales & negotiation skills
  • Experience in a similar position – advantage
  • A pipeline of developers – advantage
  • Ability to multitask and handle various priorities
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Good interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to think creatively about the needs of your targets and articulate them clearly.
  • Strong presentation skills and a desire to get up in front of an audience of smart and intimidating individuals and successfully sell our products.
