Creative Clicks is rapidly growing. As our Business Development Director, you manage the ever-growing demand for our mobile acquisition and monetization solutions. In this way, you play an indispensable role in the further growth of our company and close partnerships with top tier CPI/CPE/CPA advertisers and mobile-first agencies, to achieve a clear presence in the Japanese market. You get new clients on board by prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales and be the first point of contact for new clients. You will set up, expand and develop our Korean CPI/CPE activities and build a team of sales specialists. By hands-on managing of our Japanese advertising partners, you will be responsible for the day to day business.
In addition, you are involved in the company’s sales and marketing strategy, sales presentations, pitches and complete RFP’s.
Develop an active pipeline of relevant opportunities amongst the most successful consumer-facing mobile app publishers in the market.
Manage clients’ accounts, maintain and up-sell accounts to reach business objectives and targets
Schedule and attend in-person meetings to present Creative-Clicks suite of products and services to high-level decision-makers.
Constantly look for ways to grow revenue amongst the current client- base and work with the relevant Creative Clicks team to make it happen.
Gather knowledge from the market and regularly report findings to the wider team.
Managing the entire sales cycle from inception to deal close; including prospecting, pitching, negotiating and contract to sign.
Manage and further expand the team of sales and client success manager
B.A./B.Sc High Education Degree
At least 4+ years of previous experience in Sales for the Digital Marketing industry
Excellent understanding of the mobile app ecosystem in China
Good understanding of User Acquisition, Ad networks.
A strong network of mobile app developers/publishers
Strong sales & negotiation skills
Experience in a similar position – advantage
A pipeline of developers – advantage
Ability to multitask and handle various priorities
Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Good interpersonal skills.
