 For our rapidly growing Health and Lifestyle product team we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Analyst to join our team. As we continue to scale month on month, it is critical that we have a strong understanding of our business operations and performance.

The Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting our growth by analyzing business data, identifying trends and opportunities, and making recommendations to improve our performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators in corporation with BI and Finance
  • Provide recommendations to improve business operations and drive growth
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure that business insights are communicated effectively
  • Support the implementation of new initiatives and monitor their impact on business performance
  • Continuously evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis

Job requirements

Competences:

  • Strategic thinking: ability to analyze data and identify trends to support long-term business planning
  • Data-driven decision making: ability to use data to support decision making and drive business growth
  • Project management: ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaboration: ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate business insights effectively
  • Continuous improvement: ability to continuously evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive business decisions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
