Job Description
We are currently searching for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team at our head office in Amsterdam. The finance team currently consists of 13 people. You will report to the Financial Controller and CFO.

Key Activities

  1. Processes accounts receivable and revenue collection functions, including preparing and issuing invoices to clients;
  2. Performs transaction processing related to accounts receivable payments, revenue collection and bank deposits;
  3. Ensures accurate processing to accounts in compliance with appropriate policies and procedures, with correct application of taxes;
  4. Reporting of invoicing totals, aging totals, cash receipts and invoice adjustments;
  5. Collaborate with other departments within the company;
  6. Assistance in month end and year end activities;
  7. Identify and implement process improvements, increasing team efficiencies;
  8. Using all Microsoft office programs to generate account reports, revenue reports, and documents;

Job requirements:

  • 1- 3 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable department;
  • Degree in Finance (MBO/HBO);
  • Located in the Netherlands;
  • Good verbal and written communication in English;
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Experience with Exact Globe is an advantage;
