Account Manager – Demand




We are looking for an Account Manager on the Demand side of our operation. Are you a skilled client manager who knows how to generate new business as well? Well, then we want to talk with you!

Job Description:

  • Increasing revenue and customers by prospecting new accounts, maintaining, and enhancing relationships with current accounts, and motivating inactive accounts to begin marketing campaigns
  • Setting up new offers into our in-house tracking platform – gathering offer assets, creatives, and information from clients and uploading the necessary details into our platform, and working with clients to ensure proper tracking
  • Reacting quickly and working with the appropriate persons when an issue occurs with an account or specific campaign
  • Establishing payouts competitive with the market in relation to the volume the accounts can produce
  • Offering excellent account support through phone communication, emails and instant messaging usage
  • Developing marketing messages, static pages, and working with in-house web designers to prepare ad creatives
  • Optimizing of campaigns, making changes to landing pages, suggesting how an offer can create the most revenue and working with the client and our internal team to implement change
  • Execution of Insertion Orders and legal documents – working with our legal and sales team to draft and create IOs
  • Using all Microsoft office programs to generate account reports, revenue reports, and documents
  • Compiling statistics and recommending campaigns to run for each specific account
  • Billing clients on a weekly, semi-weekly, and monthly basis – tracking and recording all sales, credits, and chargebacks accordingly
  • Reconciling with the accounting and finance department on a regular basis for all accounts
  • Following up with payments, ensuring payments come through, and taking appropriate action when accounts are overdue


  • Strong attention to detail while being able to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet daily deadlines
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a group setting in a high volume, fast-paced, and demanding environment
  • Data-driven, with strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt and stay up to date with current marketing trends
  • One to two years of account management experience
  • Experience in affiliate marketing or campaign management preferred
  • Knowledge of media, advertising, marketing, and/or digital buying, planning, and strategy is a plus
