Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s business strategies to attain goals for further growth and diversification;
  • Develop and implement new business opportunities;
  • Establish company goals and objectives, both short-term and long-term;
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with our business partners and other stakeholders and develop new ones;
  • Being hands-on in executing day-to-day business;
  • Oversee the company’s financial performance;
  • Providing leadership, guidance, and motivation to the team to drive maximum performance;
  • Ensure a positive and inspiring work environment.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail while being able to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet daily deadlines
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a group setting in a high volume, fast-paced, and demanding environment
  • Data-driven, with strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt and stay up to date with current marketing trends
  • One to two years of account management experience
  • Experience in affiliate marketing or campaign management preferred
  • Knowledge of media, advertising, marketing, and/or digital buying, planning and strategy is a plus
