What does your work entail?

As fulltime Accounts Payable Accountant in our Finance team, you will be responsible for a variety of Accounts Payable duties. These include recording and coding of incoming invoices and approval verification. By working with international suppliers and partners you identify missing elements in the invoice (approval) process. Although a regular day doesn’t truly exist due to continue growth, theoretically your day could look like this:

Morning:

  • Process daily accounts payable transactions and ensure the follow-up
  • Monitor a portfolio of accounts for the entity and/or business unit of responsibility to regularly assess payables condition and prioritize work;

Lunchtime @ our roof terrace, provided by our amazing canteen lady!

Afternoon:

  • Prepare payment files as part of the corporate payment cycle
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies; maintain records and vendor files
  • Help in month-end-closing

Who are you?

What does your internship entail?

Are you the person who is seeking a creative challenge? Would you like to be part of the team responsible for the development and implementation of Creative Clicks’ marketing and communications strategy? As a Marketing and Communications intern, you will be working on the internal and external branding of Creative Clicks, and you will also help implement the marketing activities. You will be able to contribute much to the company by planning and creating new content based on the continuously developing strategies. You will be able to write the text/copies that can be posted on social media, for example, under the supervision of the Head of Marketing and Communications. You will be responsible for creating and editing content including static images, videos, infographics, newsletters. You will be running paid campaigns and make reports of the content performance (organic & paid) to share with the CEO. Additionally, you will also be able to help plan interesting events and be responsible for their communications.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Can start their internship in May 2021.
  • Is currently enrolled and will be enrolled throughout the internship in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in one of the following study fields: related to Media, Communications and/or Digital Marketing
  • Is fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Has good skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ideally has previous working experience with Social Media.
  • Is active on social media is also a plus, being involved with writing blogs, articles, etc.

Who are you?

  • Master’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Econometrics, Software Engineer or comparable studies.

As a Data Warehouse Specialist, you will work with our current data warehouse in Microsoft SQL Server together with our internal ETL tool. Your main challenge will be improving and developing a better Data Warehousing and BI solution using modern cloud-based technologies. You will get the freedom to assess our current infrastructure, evaluate different tools available (whether it is Azure or Amazon or any other tool) and proceed with the best solution that suits the business need. We always try to use the right tool for the right job and are open for new technologies. You will use your expertise and selected tools to create new database architectures, build the ETL processes, and set up the infrastructure (in the cloud).

No week will be the same, because you are working on many different projects. One day you are setting up a cloud infrastructure, the other you are developing some new functionalities in SQL and another you’re learning about a new technology like Chef, Ansible or Puppet. Responsibilities

  • Drive projects to improve our Data Warehouse and ETL processes using Microsoft Stack and Azure Cloud technologies.
  • Maintenance and development of the SQL server data warehouse, including but not limited to data quality, data pipeline integrations, new data source synchronizations, query optimizations, etc.
  • Develop practices for efficient design, deployment and documentation of our BI environment.
  • Work together with our product teams to improve the quality of our database.
  • Work together with different stakeholders to understand the business processes and translate them into powerful Business Intelligence solutions.

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any related field of study.
  • 4+ years of experience as a data warehouse specialist or equivalent position, working with Business Intelligence solutions, data integrations and ETL pipelines.
  • Expert level on data warehousing and data modelling.
  • Expert in SQL. Experience working in Microsoft SQL Server is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of server maintenance tasks (performance optimization, indexing, backups, access management, etc.).

  • 5+ years of programming experience

About the role:

We are looking for a Payment Operations Coordinator, to join our Product Team and help us grow and serve our partner portfolio in multiple regions. You’ll do this by building continuous engagement with the external providers to ensure smooth onboarding and contracting of their services.

To drive, manage and coordinate the operational infrastructure of our fast-growing company you are a hands-on, smart-thinking and fast-acting coordinator, overseeing and steering multiple onboarding projects. Creative Clicks is rapidly growing. As our Business Development Director, you manage the ever-growing demand for our mobile acquisition and monetization solutions. In this way, you play an indispensable role in the further growth of our company and close partnerships with top tier CPI/CPE/CPA advertisers and mobile first agencies, to achieve clear presence in the Japanese market. You get new clients on board by prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales and be the first point of contact for new clients. You will set-up, expand and develop our Korean CPI/CPE activities and build a team of sales specialists. By hands-on managing of our Japanese advertising partners, you will be responsible for the day to day business.

In addition, you are involved in the company’s sales and marketing strategy, sales presentations, pitches and complete RFP’s.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an active pipeline of relevant opportunities amongst the most successful consumer facing mobile app publishers in the market.
