What does your work entail?

As fulltime Accounts Payable Accountant in our Finance team, you will be responsible for a variety of Accounts Payable duties. These include recording and coding of incoming invoices and approval verification. By working with international suppliers and partners you identify missing elements in the invoice (approval) process. Although a regular day doesn’t truly exist due to continue growth, theoretically your day could look like this:

Morning:

  • Process daily accounts payable transactions and ensure the follow-up
  • Monitor a portfolio of accounts for the entity and/or business unit of responsibility to regularly assess payables condition and prioritize work;

Lunchtime @ our roof terrace, provided by our amazing canteen lady!

Afternoon:

  • Prepare payment files as part of the corporate payment cycle
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies; maintain records and vendor files
  • Help in month-end-closing

Who are you?

Background:

What will the internship entail?

We are a data driven company and the goal of our Business Intelligence team is to connect all the data and people within the company. By connecting each environment, data source and the right technology we aim to provide the full picture in order to support the business for the decision-making process and their daily operations. The goal is to provide end to end Data/BI solutions that is structured, organized, secure, available, consistent, agile and dynamic. We are involved with a variety of tasks that include Data Warehouse Modelling and Integration, creating reporting environments and predictive models for business decisions and operations.

Product management tasks that include;

  • Support (commercial) projects, contribute to our portfolio of your projects;
  • Setting up new products in existing regions or setting up existing products in new regions, you are setting up new websites.
  • Analyzing the competitive landscape and come up with new ideas to improve our own products

The role:

We are looking for Entertainment Portal Creator who will be responsible for creating our entertainment portals using WordPress. In this role you will be responsible for the creation and direction of all entertainment websites: games, lifestyle, fitness, streaming, etc.

Your main goal is to build up and deliver completed websites using WordPress; which also includes the review of all existing content, design and plugin integrations. We expect you to think both creatively and structurally. You are comfortable finding creative ways of building an online presence, as well using any tool/platform to make our products better.

You’ll also manage the planning and will have contact with different teams, product owners, developers and designers. As you understand that our operation departments are the heart of our organization, you are actively seeking for opportunities to improve our products on both a technical as a commercial level.

Structure and being agile are key. You know that from experience and are an expert in applying this into this role.

You will enforce organizational project management methods, processes, and templates, to collect and maintain project data and provide hands-on support. You are also responsible for managing all aspects of quality control for all projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage multiple websites and platforms (WordPress), you will be in charge of creating them from scratch (knowledge of CSS and html is big plus). Design skills are important since you need to come up with ideas for new portals
  • Content Management: continuously select the right content items to be highlighted in the various portals (per country)
  • Quality assurance & content management: ensure the right content and language specific assets are displayed correctly in the various portals. Ensure that quality is maintained, there is consistency across the department and all project artefacts are delivered on-time
  • Provide administrative support service to the product owner (e.g. maintain weekly reports, maintain live projects, meeting co-ordination, planning and deliverable overviews)

As Account Manager, you will be the engine in growing and serving our Russian partner portfolio. You will pro-actively identify, target and onboard affiliate partners. You will use your communication and influencing skills to grow your business and exceed your targets.

About the role:

In this role as Publisher Partnership Manager, you will join the Marketing Performance Team and help us grow and serve our partner portfolio in multiple regions. You will deal with our product team, design and business intelligence team on a daily basis to ensure our partners are well taken care of.

Within the team you will take care of your own partners and have the opportunity to grow your own ‘shop’. On a day-to-day basis your main duty is to enhance the growth of our key affiliates and publishers by assisting and serve them in anything they need to promote our digital products.

You will create and manage a commercial and marketing strategy that ensures the highest ROI for our company and our partners. You will work on building a stable and highly profitable stream of new subscribers acquisition for our premium services.

The role consists of 2 main areas: grow the portfolio with existing partners (farming) and constantly search for new partners (hunting)

‘Farming’ responsibilities:

  • Analyze the daily stats, identify trends and take immediate action if needed
  • Ideate & Develop the campaign strategy according to the advertising platform, target audience, vertical and anything else that is related
  • Control the user journey and user experience and often check if this is still as agreed with your partners
  • Find new angles to promote the offers, brief and instruct the team. You will work with the design and product team to launch new campaigns faster.
  • Come up new marketing angles to promote our products
  • Think of and implement optimization strategies for existing funnels based on data.
  • Manage A/B testing

‘Hunting’ responsibilities
You will drive the success of our affiliate and partnership initiatives. Specifically, you will:
Competitor and Market Analysis

  • Develop the publisher marketing strategy with the aim of recruiting new affiliate partners and delivering sales volume
  • You will check on a regular basis if we still have the best advertisement spots our partner sites, if not you take action to GET the best
  • Create a pipeline with new prospects / advertisement sites in Europe and Asia
  • Develop, coordinate and manage relationships with key VOD sites focused on growth activities

Creative Clicks is rapidly growing. As our Business Development Director, you manage the ever-growing demand for our mobile acquisition and monetization solutions. In this way, you play an indispensable role in the further growth of our company and close partnerships with top tier CPI/CPE/CPA advertisers and mobile first agencies, to achieve clear presence in the Japanese market. You get new clients on board by prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales and be the first point of contact for new clients. You will set-up, expand and develop our Korean CPI/CPE activities and build a team of sales specialists. By hands-on managing of our Japanese advertising partners, you will be responsible for the day to day business.

In addition, you are involved in the company’s sales and marketing strategy, sales presentations, pitches and complete RFP’s.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an active pipeline of relevant opportunities amongst the most successful consumer facing mobile app publishers in the market.
  • Manage clients’ accounts, maintain and up-sell accounts to reach business objectives and targets
  • Schedule and attend in-person meetings to present Creative-Clicks suite of products and services to high level decision-makers.
  • Constantly look for ways to grow revenue amongst current client- base and work with the relevant Creative Clicks team to make it happen.
  • Gather knowledge from the market and regularly report findings to the wider team.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from inception to deal close; including prospecting, pitching, negotiating and contract signing.
  • Manage and further expand team of sales and client success manager

Requirements

  • B.A./B.Sc High Education Degree
  • At least 4+ years of previous experience in Sales for the Digital Marketing industry
  • Excellent understanding of mobile app ecosystem in China
  • Good understanding of User Acquisition, Ad networks.
  • Strong network of mobile app developers/publishers
  • Strong sales & negotiation skills
  • Experience in similar position – advantage
  • Pipeline of developers – advantage
  • Ability to multitask and handle various priorities
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Good interpersonal skills.

Role Description:

  • Recruit publishers and manage every aspect of the day-to-day operation.
  • Manage multiple accounts, monitor publisher’s data performance along with analyzing data of key metrics to identify and implement changes for increasing the performance
  • Analyze and optimize performance and revenue to constantly improve company and advertiser’s results.
  • Identify trends and opportunities in the Online Advertising ecosystem and interfacing verticals, according to company strategy and business opportunities
  • Understand advertiser requirements alongside company’s needs and optimize publisher accounts accordingly.
